Training

We offer ten days of comprehensive training.  One day of this training will be spent in the classroom, familiarizing the student with the terms and tools used in the glass trade.  The following 7 days will be spent on "hands-on-training!"  One day In-shop training.  The last day of training will be spent on business protocol, such as obtaining business, required business forms and procedure, and processing insurance claims.

Not Your "Average School"

The individuality of the student is not lost in our program . . . if someone needs more time on a subject, they will be given special help in this area, and the program will be altered for them to meet their special needs.  This is possible in our school because we are a fully functional glass shop with many things going on at the same time, such as mobile service, in-shop service, etc.

Additionally, once our students feel comfortable with their newly acquired skills, each student will be sent out with a senior glass technician to do mobile windshield replacement.  Many students graduate from our school with as many as fifty mobile windshield and tempered glass replacements!  This mobile exposure experience is totally controlled by the student -- they can do as little or as much as they like.

We can offer this unique form of instruction because we accept only one students per two week session.  To be sure, we could train many more people in our facility each week, but we feel the quality of instruction would be compromised.

We have refresher courses and can custom fit any student to learn specific things in different time frames. Examples: 3 day heavy equipment class, or maybe just 5 days of intense autoglass.

We sincerely believe we are offering the very best in professional, individual glass training, available in the marketplace today.  We are committed to insuring the success of everyone who calls upon us for instruction.

Our goal is to insure your success.  We truly believe that you will be ready for the retail glass trade the very day you leave our training facility.

The author John Wolfe put it nicely, when he said, "Everything's easy, once you know what you're doing."
